What about trying to answer 1 question in 10 minutes?

Not bad. Or 1 concrete topic and say 7 people. 1 hour. 5 minutes per person and rest is discussion. Or 90 minutes.

Yes, my problem is that my subscribers are more interested in the email newsletter, and it is difficult to get feedback from them. Doing this short poll helps me steer the direction and also to invite them to be more active participants.
