Exactly.

And I would add also the power of diversity and collaboration.

In the past we prioritized safety (to keep the job) therefore we accepted in general some standardization. But I believe that strategy doesn’t work anymore.

Absolutely agree. As safety and standardization lose their edge, diversity of thought and true collaboration become the differentiators, because they create the originality and adaptability AI can’t replicate.
