Thanks for putting all these together. Great reflection to have as the year closes.

Thanks Juan!

Would you share one key takeaway?

Juan Gonzalez's avatar

I think my takeaway is that in the next year we need to be more intentional.

Not just accepting what happens and shrugging it off. It is clear that most of us agree in many things, so we have to stand for those and not let others to disturb our flow, deceive us or try to divide us.

Isn’t it amazing?

A simple survey can reveal how much common ground we actually share.

We just need to let our defense mechanisms settle — to see that there’s far more uniting us than dividing us.

Yes! We have much more in common than most people realize and we don't have to be against everyone as social media and the news wanta us to believe

I find these kinds of posts so interesting for self-reflection.

Thank you for doing this work Jose, and sharing the results. They are quite uplifting, despite the story we're told of how divided we are.

It made me feel that we are just framed to be in fear.

Why not frame ourselves to focus more on what's good?

-- I know that biologically we need to see threats, so we can protect ourselves, but we have become paranoid.

That's why this work is important. Keep it up friend!

Reframing toward the positive isn’t instinctive — we’re wired to care more about threats than what’s working.

But if we want our civilization to thrive, we must make the effort.

To reframe toward the constructive. To rescue our humanity.

We carry love, care, and hope — it’s visible in how many here simply want to help.

This conversation proves it: we can generate positive emotion just because.

Not for reward, but because that’s who we truly are.

I think the only way possible is to create expereinces where the people can see what is really possible.
