When we think about the inmensity of the outcome, world peace, we can't avoid feeling overwhelmed. But when we think about learning to find freedom from fear as an individual process, it makes more sense.

This part struck a deep chord: “Let’s live with the freedom that comes when we no longer fear.”

So much of what holds us back as individuals and as societies is rooted in fear: of change, of loss, of the unknown. But what if we built from a place of courage instead? What if the systems we created were rooted in care, in truth, in life-giving values?

Thank you for this reminder. Rebuilding begins with imagining, and imagining begins when we loosen fear’s grip.

Yes to more of this:

We can all be equally satisfied, protected, and nurtured. It truly is about a rested nervous system, a trust of our uniqueness, and all we are when we serve from love. It is a remembering to the ease, the trust, and the excitement and joy of being a human.

It is about realizing that our nervous system, perceptions - thoughts - emotions, are describing the current moment. We choose what to do… (more than what to think). We are not the description. We are the entire moment.

Absolutely! That awareness of I am choosing peace, peace within me, peace with a smile, peace without a smile if need be and allowing myself to feel, and be present and still find the stillness within and allow that to spread. In every moment, as you say, we are the entire moment.

Yes Sae,

I've seen so many times through my life the amazing actions taken by the most unexpected people to offer generosity, love, and even risking themselves. We all have it.

We just need to get over Fear... we need to understand Fear better, so we can learn to deal with it constructively.
